Part time cop- firm name board allow or not?????

Part Time COP Holder Can be Partner in Firm, as Bookish Purpose Only.

Cant Form His Own Prop Firm, So That Question Doesnt Arise.

and if He is Partner in any Firm, Then Can Only Show His Name With Addiding CA.

 But ayush, i inquired at icai & they are saying you can do it.... lets see i have to check once again with icai .............

yes part time cop allow for employment members, 

well...i wasnt aware of that..so can u undertake audit assignments after that?

means we have to work as a consultant, not as a salaried person. (in employers records) so we can grab both benefits .. full time cop & employment..

only benefit of part time COp is that we can use FCA prefix after 5 years..

any other activity not allowed.

Dear dipesh what you said is allow even when showing employment in records, but if wants both benefits than work as a consumtant in a co. & work as a full time practising member also.

Dear lokesh....but the co wants to employ on salary basis and not as consultant......so it is better to continue as partner with part time cop.....and also as salary.....is this ok lokesh...
