Part time cop- firm name board allow or not?????

part time cop holder partner wont get any sharing, becuase he business cant be done on his name ..

so we cant use the prefix ACA or FCA if we are not holding COP?

but if we not hold COP for 5 years than can't use FCA......

Part time COP holder can become only a partner in a Partnership firm. Nowadays ICAI is not issuing the part time COP. However it is not restricted in CA Act. You can apply for part time cop, but insititute will not issue the part time cop. 

Part time cop holder cannt take any statutory audit in his own name. n also u cannt open ur own prop firm. It is just only to add the number in partners of partnership firm.

After getting membership, we ca use prefix ACA.... but we have to take COP for FCA after 5 years...
