You should use the New PAN only. There is no such thing as surrender
U JUST APPLY FOR PAN CORRECTION, NO NEED TO SURRENDER. @ TIN-NSDL.COM
but in actual there is only one company with two pan no. although name is difference but its only change of the name and nothing else. then what should we do?
