Hello everyone
A person (R/o DELHI) has got PAN in his INDIVIDUAL capacity still when he got PAN allotment letter his jurisdiction stated to be ITO Company Ward.
Any other process like a request letter to be filed or not when he will file his ITR and to whom?

Its a mistake by NSDL/UTI, wherever u filed form for PAN Application. I am not confirmed, but such mistakes are rectified without any fee. Send a detailed letter for rectification to concerned office (TIN-FC or UTI).
