now not possible for  any  third party to find  details of  any pan  card

If you are trying to register on efiling site, you need just the surname,DOB and PAN (other fields could be blank).

out of all three names GOVIND DAMMAR CHHETRI, try each one as surname. once registered you can find out the name and middle name from profile section.

Incometaxefiling site has disbled access to the above info (without login) to prevent misuse.

Please see to it that PAN/DOB/ names are not made public here as they are confidential info of clients.
