Pan card mismatch

check the details of pan card online...sometime there can be that name in the pan card is different than what is in system....for example when I was registering my father's business I submitted the name printed on his pan card.....the name actually was printed without sir name in pan card.....it was rejected ...when I check the details of pan online there complete name was written on the records....than I again applied with complete name and it got accepted...

how to check the details of pan?

login to your income tax account and go to my profile, where there should be an option to check pan details.......

or alternatively if you have access to phone of your client registered with pan than go to following link and verify the pan by filling the data....

but the problem is neither I have username and password not registration is happening.
while registering I'm receiving an error stating " account already registered"...

nor registration is happening

I am saying to login to income tax profile, not gst portal......in income tax profile your pan is your username.....either ask password from your client or regenerate through forgot password ...........
alternatively you can go to the link that I have given in previous comment.....there you will need to file surname, dob, gender and registered mobile no.....than it will ask for otp....

I AM ALSO FACING SAME PROBLEM SINCE YESTERDAY. REGISTRATION IS NOT HAPPENING TILL NOW. TRIED OUR BEST. 

THERE ARE TWO ERRORS APPEARING ON SITE

1) SYSTEM ERROR OCCURED !! PL TRY AFTER SOME TIME. HERE PAN CARD ERROR IS NOT DETECTED.

2) IF TRIED AGAIN, SYSTEM SHOWS THAT "PAN DOES NOT EXIST. EVEN IF TRIED FROM FIRST NAME OR SURNAME. SAME ERROR OCCURES.

3) GOVT. HAD DECLARED THAT PERSONS ELIGIBLE FOR GST REGISTRATION, SHOULD GET REGISTERED BY 30.04.2017. IS IT POSSIBLE IF SYSTEM IS NOT RESPONDING.

4) OTHER ERRORS - FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS, SERVICE CODES ARE DECLARED BY GOVT. BUT GST REG-01 DOES NOT ACCEPT NEW CODES. FOR EX. JOB WORK. IT ACCEPTS OLD CODE -AUXILIARY SERVICES.

5) FOR  COMMISSIONARATE, DIVISION, RANGE :- THIS IS BASED ON PIN CODE. GOVT HAD ISSUED TRADE NOTICE NO. 2/2017 DT. 21.06.2017 FOR SEARCHING DIVISION, RANGE ETC. BUT I THINK THAT THIS CIRCULAR IS NOT INCORPORATED IN THE SYSTEM, ON THE BASISI OF PIN CODE, SYSTEM, DOES NOT SHOW CORRECT DIVISION, RANGE AND THERE IS MISMATCH BETWEEN THE CIRCULAR DETAILS AND DETAILS APPEARING IN REG-01.   HERE IT IS TOTAL MESS.

6) WHILE FILING RETURN, HOW MANY PROBLEMS WILL ARISE?? NOW THE TIME WILL DECIDE

7) I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST TO GOVT. THAT THEY SHOULD NOT LEAVY ANY PENALTY, INTEREST FOR LATE PAYMENT OF GST OR LATE FILING OF RETURN FOR ATLIST 4 MONTHS. NO GOOD BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE  IN MARKET. OFFICERS IN GOVT DEPT ARE ALSO NOT MUCH CONFIDENT TO GUIDE. 

8) I THINK DATA FEEDED IN THIS SITE IN RESPECT OF PAN CARD MAY BE WRONG AND NOT MATCHING INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT RECOARD. SOME TIME NAME OF PAN CARD AS APPEARING, IS NOT MATCHING WITH INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT. FOR EX. ON PAN CARD " JOSHI NARENDRA BHALCHANDRA"  INCOME TAX DEPARTMNET RECOARD " NARENDRA BHALCHANDRA JOSHI"  AGAIN HERE IF THERE IS SMALL SPELLING ERROR ON PAN CARD AND  I'TAX DEPT RECOARD, IT SHOWS MISMATCH.  IF GIVEN FOR CORRECTION, IT TAKES LOT OF TIME.  GOVT. SHOULD DO SOME THING ON PRIORITY AND IMMEDIATELY AS MANY REGISTRATIONS ARE PENDING BECAUSE OF THESE REASONS.
