Hi all,
I am running a private school under a registered society.
I want to know that I have to file income tax of school or society.
Perhaps, alone society could do it , as school is under society.
So , PAN card is needed for both or for society.

Registered Society is the owner of the school. So pan card of society alone will be sufficient
