My wife have PAN card with after marriage/new Last name and middle name. Now she govt job with her before marriage/old Last name and middle name. We want to maintain saperate income. She has to submit the PAN details to the govt office. Is she need to change the PAN card details? Can she pay the income tax with her old Last name and middle name even if the PAN card is with new Last name and middle name?

she can submit the same pan card, deviation is done with her service, where she used her maiden name, she has to ask the employer to correct it at later stage.
