Hi

YES it true that there is some marks difference in certified copied received and the marks displayed in marks statements

but ICAI has specified in its regulation no 39 that they reserve the right to increase or decrease the marks of all candidates in order to maintain passing percentage.

so there r following some uniform policies for all candidates.
