Opening another proprietorship firm from the same address

I really appreciate the efforts made by members of this forum to help people. I request you to provide your valuable inputs on my query.

Currently, I am running a proprietorship recruitment consultancy on my name from my residence. I have taken a franchisee of recruitment consultants.

I want to start another proprietorship firm from the same address and this will be my own firm, ie It will also work as recruitment consultancy but it will be my own, also I am planning to offer other services such as Financial Planning Services, Educational Consultancy and Career Counselling from this another firm. The nature of business done by both the firm will be similar to a great extent. It is just that I will be offering few more services under the another firm which is yet to be registered.

Now, my query is that, Can I open one more proprietorship firm on my name? because I am already running One proprietorship firm from my residence. If not, then will it become possible that I can open this another proprietorship firm on the name of my wife?

Another query is, Can I start one more  proprietorship firm from the same address ie from my residence?

If the firm can be started on my wife's name, then will it have any impact on the Income Tax point of view?
