An articled or audit clerk can spend the whole of the last 12 months of his training ( subject to relaxation up to 9 months at the discretion of the Council) in a financial, commercial or industrial undertaking whose minimum fixed assets are Rs.one Cores or minimum total turnover of Rs.10 Cores, or minimum paid up share capital of Rs.50 lakhs or such other Institution Or Organization as may be approved by the Council , provided he has passed the Intermediate Examination/ PE II Examination of the Institute. Such training must be received under Member of the Institute employed in the approved Organization, having a standing of at least three years as a member. The agreement is to be executed in form No. 104 on Non Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.100/- and to be sent to the Institute's office for registration.
