Please tell me wheher on-line exam form submission is compulsary or not ?
If compulsary, is it true that exam form price has been increased from Rs.100/- to Rs.500/-?
If compulsary, then also tell that what is the exat procedure regarding on-line submission & sending it to institute?

on-line exam form submission is NOT compulsary...
this is not true that exam form price has been increased from Rs.100/- to Rs.500...infect if you going to submit your exam form online that the form price is dicreased by the same amount
