Online registration for e-tds returns- urgent

Hello friends,

I am trying for online 'Registration for direct upload of  E-TDS returns' through TIN-NSDL website.  I have also imported PFX file of DSC successfully.  i  have filled up online form and then clicked submit . then registration confirmation window opened. and then again i clicked submit and then digital signature cerificate window opened. I selected option 'ok'. But all the time i had tried the same error came i.e.Internal errors.try later. Why this error came? whether there is any error in the process which i have followed?

 Please clarify me about the procedure for online registration for direct upload of Returns (e-TDS).
