order is placed and saved in the account. But payment is cannot be made. I tried more than thirty times and even contacted their email ID. they are telling that there is no issue. but one networking professional gave me the advice that this is the error of their server.

Go to a cyber cafe and do it.. Thats an error coz of some coding related thing in your pc. Its basically for a security purpose so for now just head on to a cyber or ask anyone else to do the payment for you.

yes clear cache and try is a solution... but I dont think it would work in your case.... I am not sure it might be a server security setting issue... try from another device...

I tried from computer , I even tried to pay using another account.

I tried from mobile also.

Why don't u go and collect from branch, else ask someone to do

Branch has 400 to 600 students and they ordered only 5 copies for us. Irresponsible fellows. I didn't get copy.
