completely no. You can not be registered as composition and regular tax payer on the same pan.

Composition scheme is to be Opted at PAN level not at registeration level

One person in state can take two GST number for his two different business or for two different business places, but both can be under regular or both under composition, u can't choose one as composition and one as regular
