I am receiving family pension from 2008 I have received FD Interest & TDS Deducted From 2010 to 2017 I have filed my Income Tax return in F.Y 2017 - 2018 only now i am going to file IT For F.Y 2018 - 2019 Can i claim the TDS Deducted From 2010 to 2016 now ( Total TDS Will be Rs. 35538 ) in F.Y 2018 - 2019 ITR - 1

no you can't TDS made during fy 2018-19 only can be claimed
Make request under 119(2)(b) online for condonation of delay in filing past returns and only after parmission you can file past returns and claim TDS Refund
