Office rent gst pay
October month ka office rent par GST pay krna hoga...

Not applicable as same is covered u/s 9(4) & it is abolished from 13 October only u/s 9(3) is covered for RCM
No as from 13 October same is suspended.....
If rent paid on 6th pctober itself then RCM will apply ?
because notification from 13th october but in tally entry will be done on 6th october so we have to pay for that right ?
What about GTA, i.e.freight charges paid by the receiver? is it also coming under 9(4) or GST hs to be paid under RCM?
GTA services covered under Sec 9(3) & it ia not suspended. So you have to pay on it under RCM.
