office rent
i am paying 3500rs office rent. my turnover is above 20lac. is there any gst liability on me or my landlord? if so, then what is the rate of gst?

You have effected RCM on the rental amount. If the landlord is URD then you can fall under RCM for rent
GST @ 18% on Rent
is there any lower limit of rent on which gst is not applicable.
No more limit to RD
You may opt not to pay GST on RCM since it is below Rs. 5000 per day limit.
