Number Of Attempts For Pcc

There is no such restriction on number of attempts ic PCC as in PE-2.

In PE-2 the number of attempts were restricted to 5.

One more Question to ask is there any compulsion to send form 112.As in august there is one notification student not to send form 112 who were registered before 01.04.2008 .But my some friends are still getting letters from instuite to send form 112.so please let me know if i have to.....
