NPS Taxability

I am investing in Tier 1 NPS every year. The value of the NPS was 54000 as on 31.03.2020 and I had invested Rs.50000 on 01.07.2019

I have not withdrawn any money. But seem to withdraw 12500 ( 25% of own contribution ) in FY 2021.

Have I to pay capital gains on this ? In which year ? on how much amount ?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the tax implications of partial withdrawals from a Tier 1 NPS account. The user invested Rs. 50,000 in FY 2019-20, with the account value reaching Rs. 54,000 by March 2020. They are seeking clarification on whether a partial withdrawal of Rs. 12,500 in FY 2021 is subject to capital gains tax, and if so, in which financial year and on what amount. The general understanding that up to 25% withdrawal is tax-exempt is also mentioned.

Upto 25% withdrawal is exempt from tax.
My queries are still unanswered. Please guide about offering income under the head capital gains for FY 2019-20 ( there is no partial withdrawal in that year )
