Hi all!

I was freelancer, now i am not working anywhere (no Income).
I opened NPS Tire-I account in my last working year i.e., 2016-17. and deposite 70,000.
Now my age is 52 years.

Shall i need to deposite the minimum 6000/- in this financial year (2017-18)?
What is the procedure to withdraw this total NPS amount?

Yes. You need to deposit this amount every year to keep your account active. For withdrawal related query, please visit https://indiaitr.com/category/nps/

It has been reduced to Rs. 1,000 per year. You have to deposit atleast Rs. 1,000 per year in NPS - Tear 1account.

Please refer following circular of PFRDA, dated 9th August,2016.
