ICAI president CA K.Raghu is making this announcment in various Students' Convocations, though official announcement is awaited.
Double either doesnt serve any purpose.
Anyhow, better than nothing.
Hon'ble Chief Saab made this announcement on the stage to huge applause from the kids there. I felt sorry for them. They are clapping innocently now. But the bitter truth will hit them in a few years, after they have been used as Articles and then discarded -jobless and degree-less.
9 out of 10 will never become CA. That is the reality no one wants to talk about.
