Can anyone, let me know whether Direct Tax Code, Company Bill, IFRS and GST are fully relevant for CA Final-November 2011 examination?

NO It will apply to May 2012 students. Also its implementation is not Fix till date.
nothing can b said as nothing has been fixed yet ..it can apply to nov2011 students..will come to know soon..

It will not apply to nov. 2011 students in ANY CASE. For may and nov 2011 , finance act 2010 is relevant, which already declare.
