One of the pvt ltd co dealing in selling and purchasing of cars has got a notice u/s 133(6) of income tax act for furnishing of CIB information in respect of sale and purchase of motor vehicle valued at Rs. 500000 and above. The company has been asked to submit the information quaterly. Specific format has been given to the company for feeding the data.
I request u to please guide me with the procedure of submiting the information. Is it related to AIR which have to be filed by specific assessee mentioned but this company does not come under that specipic list of assessee mentioned.
