Notice of demand u/s 156 of income tax act, 1961

Dont afraid my dear freind.

Just go thru the demand notice, it may be due to mismatch of challan etc. just check again and give a simple reply to your AO on your company letter head alongwith payment proof etc.

try to go and meet personally with AO or his men all will be sorted out if you have deducted and deposited all tDS as per the rule.
