Non Receipt of Intimation u/s 143 (1)

Hello Frineds/Seniors,

I had made an e-filing of one of our clients claimg a refund of Rs. 'X', after a few months our clients received a refund advice from CPC of Rs. 'X-Y' (lower amount than that was claimed) without receiving any intimation from the department, due to this i am not in a position to find out as to why he has received a lower refund.

My question is that can we get a copy of the intimation from the Income tax website, if yes then how, if no then what should i do in such a case.
