The website of the e-filing of the Income Tax Return, as reported, closed upto 08-11-2012 for reconstruction. I have tried to open the same on 27-11-2012 on wards, but failed, A message pop-up is " Error in Certificate"
What is to be done to resolve the problem.

Use internet explorer, the web site address is https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ if your system do not have the required software then down load it from the prerequisite soft ware menu.. you need to have OS windows XPsp3 + java runtime 6+ adobe reader...
