Non functioning llp closure

Hi,

Actually I have query regarding LLP closure procedure.

I have a LLP which has 2 partners. We couldn't be able to keep it functioning further because of financial reason.

And our DIN also got deactivated because of non-filing of DIR-3 KYC.

We didnt open a bank account also.

Just the company name is registered.

So now the question is, Is it necessary to close the llp or it should be de functioned by the Govt by itself?

Otherwise what should I do?
