What happen when a company missed to filed last year DPT-3 and present year he filled it ...
And what was Penalty Amount for non filling of DPT-3....
I am asking about last year not for current ..
So hence proof that you are wrong not the other one...
There are two things:
1. Additional Fees
2. Penalty that may raise by ROC
The company was unable to file DPT-3 last year. Can it be filed this year? Please advise.
