Penalty for non filing of DPT 3 is 5000 rupees subject to 500 rupees per day for such default continues
I am asking about last year not for current ..
So hence proof that you are wrong not the other one...
There are two things:
1. Additional Fees
2. Penalty that may raise by ROC
What???
The company was unable to file DPT-3 last year. Can it be filed this year? Please advise.
