one of my clints hav not filed their co. 's returns for the past six years. on mca 's site this company is shown as
active. They hav told me to get din no. for the directors and file d returns
Then they want to dissolve this co. my question is can they directly dissolve this co. or filing of returns is mandatory
further can this co. be treated as vanishing co.

Yes they are right. According to me first of all you have do all the compliances done before you will go for Striking off or V.w-up.
