Whether non compete agreement required to file in ROC?

Agreements/resolutions mentioned in Sec.117(3) of Companies Act 2013 are required to be filed with ROC The Act does not deal with non-compete agreements as such and it is not mentioned in that Section. Hence not required to be filed.
