as per service tax rules when assessee crosses the limit of 9lakhs then he should get himself register under service tax. For registration you have to apply online by filing st-1 on aces site. I suggest you to consult to a c.a or a professional as your turnover is huge. They can help you in filling s.t returns as well as caculating correct service tax amount.
