If we are a pvt. ltd. company and our whole income is received as commission and TDS amount is so big therefore we have to claim refund every year. I need to know that how can we get a certificate so TDS will be deducted at a minimal rate.

Your Company can apply with it's Assessing Officer in Form No. 13 for no deduction/collection of tax or deduction of tax at a lower rate.
