we have booked air ticket through yatra.com,.it was shown in 2A but we don't possess the GST invoice.whether we are eligible for ITC

Dear pls refer section 16 of CGST Act it states an input tax can be claimed when :
a) Goods or services have been received and
b) Must possess a tax invoice
Thereby on the basis of 2A an input cannot be claimed.

You can contact the air ticket booking office and collect the invoice.
Yes you can contact them they will provide you the Invoice.
After collecting the bill, you can claim your ITC in 3B returns.
