ANNOUNCEMENT

07^th EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME [EDP]

10^th October 2011 to 19^th October 2011

The ICSI – SIRC will be conducting its 07^th Executive Development Programme [EDP] from 10^th October 2011 to 19^th October 2011. The candidates who have passed Executive Programme / Professional Programme of the Institute have to complete the EDP before commencing their 15 months Management / Apprenticeship Training.

The interested candidates can apply to the program in the prescribed form with the enclosures mentioned therein, to the ICSI – SIRO. The fee for the program is Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One thousand only – excluding lunch]. The fee is payable by way of cash or demand draft payable in favour of ‘SIRC OF THE ICSI’ payable at Chennai. Fee once paid will neither be reimbursed nor will be adjusted towards the next EDP.

The last date for registering for the program is 03^rd October 2011. However, as the seats are filled on the basis of first comes first served, the students are advised to enroll for the program at the earliest. The filled in applications should be sent to the address mentioned below.

organizes 68^th Management Skills Orientation Programme (MSOP)

Formerly known as SMTP

From 11^th November, 2011 to 28^th November, 2011

Eastern India Regional Council of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI-EIRC), is organizing its 68^th Management Skills Orientation Programme (MSOP), formerly known as SMTP from 11^th November, 2011 to 28^th November, 2011 at “ICSI-EIRC Building”, 3A, Ahiripukur 1^st Lane, Kolkata 700 019. The duration of the programme may be extended. Attendance in all the days is compulsory.

As per Regulation 50(b) of The Company Secretaries Regulations 1982, all students of the Institute who have passed the Final examinations and completed 15 months management training or got exemption from the Institute for the same period, are compulsory required to undergo 15 days MSOP.

Eligible students who are desirous of undergoing MSOP, may submit their prescribed application forms duly filled in along with the total fee of Rs.8,500/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Five Hundred Only) payable in cash (by hand) or by demand draft drawn in favour of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India–EIRC” payable at Kolkata at EIRO of ICSI, 3A, Ahiripukur 1^st Lane, Kolkata 700 019. A maximum of 50 candidates will be admitted.

Simple/Working Vegetarian Lunch and tea with snacks/biscuits (morning & evening) will be provided to the participants on all the days.

The participants are advised to maintain the following Dress Code strictly during the days of Programme.

Dress Code for Male: Sober Colored Shirts, Trousers, Tie and Shoes. (Suit/ blazer preferred)

Dress Code for Female: Sari or Sober Colored Salwar Khameez. (Suit preferred)

Participants are requested not to carry cell phones or switch to silent mode during the classroom sessions.

Registration will be done on first come first served basis only.
