TRANSPORTATION TDS IS NILL BUT INFORMATION OF TRANSPORT TDS DETAIL IS FILE COMPULSORY IN TDS RETURN ? YES OR NO ?

Dear Sunil,
Govt. has yet to come with the rules since in the section it is written that assessee shall furnish such particulars in such time as may be prescribed....
So as of now no clarity on this issue.
