Nil gstr-1 return

Please view the attached image file. I am getting this error message while filing NIL GSTR-1 Return for July 2017. I don't have any outward supply for July 2017, thus cannot upload any invoice.

Even filed GSTR-3B returns are showing as jusy submitted today.
