Hello friends and seniors.

I want to open an NGO but bit confused to get myself registered as a Charitable Trust or Co-operative Society or Section 25 Company. Eveyone has its own pros and cons while considering all the factors. My aim will be to give employment to unemployed people and to serve their children by providing schooling facilities and a healthy life. pls give your feedbacks alongwith reasonable reasons.
