You are requested to please take note of the latest amendment that Security Exchange Board of India [SEBI] has notified New Takeover Regulations.

SEBI NOTIFIES NEW TAKEOVER REGULATIONS
The regulations shall come into force on the 30th day from the date of the publication i.e. from October 22, 2011, hence the same would not be applicable to:
1. 1. November 2011 CA exams
2. 2. December 2011 CS Exams.
However you are further requested to wait for the clarification from the respective institutes.
