To get trust registered pl. do following
1. draft a trust deed
2. get it registerd under applicable trust act like The Trust Act, The Bombay Public Trust Act...
3. get it registered u/s. 12AA of the income tax act, apply in form no 10A
4. get registration u/s. 80G(5), apply in form No 10G
