Last name fill in the ur name NIKITA LATHIYA. R

Your initial expansion First name column your Husband name :RAJESH PRASHANTBHAI LATHIYA.

your Father Name : VEKARIYA

better u go to pan center and ask them.

Place an Advertisement in the Local and National Daily  that post marriage you have changed your name from NIKITI to PAYAL RAJESH LATHIA. Then apply for PAN and attach cutting of add with documents of your original name.  You would get PAN card in the desired name.  But surprisingly the New name suggested by you does not contain your name, it is a combination of your Dad's name, Husband's name and surname.  Where are you NIKITA and why you want to loose your own identitiy ?

i have proof my marrige certificate only.i get new pan?
