Dear Sandeep,
According to the ICAI website:
"As students are aware that the syllabus of Corporate and Allied Laws has been revised in terms of the decision of the Council taken at its 333rd meeting held in May, 2014 and relevant new sections of the Companies Act, 2013 notified till 30th September, 2014 would be applicable for May, 2015 examinations."
According to the MCA this is the list of Notified Provisions of the Act:
