Login on the IT Site. Then in "My Account" option choose "My Returns/Forms" option & download it.

It is very simple log on to Your online account and Click to View Returns/Forms, And from that you can download ITR- V acknowledgement.

Guys!!! I want to download "ITR-V Receipt" not "ITR V".......

I dont think so you can download the Receipt from the site directly it but definitely that will be mailed to you by income tax on the registered email id when they receive the signed copy in bangalore.

I have not recd any receipt for that particular client in mail. The site shows that "ITR RECD" under the head of "STATUS".

But before renovation of site we have downloaded the ITR-V receipts of other clients.

ITR recd doesn't mean that ITR V recd. It only means that u have successfully uploaded your return. The department will mail on ur registered ID when they recieve ur ITR V.

the procedure is same which is said above by all but after download and extract to pdf  then when opening the pdf file one text box is opening and write in that text box PAN no. and if there is company and partnership firm along with PAN write date of incorporation or if person is individual then write date of birth. thanks...
