Need ur opinion 4 cpt!

i'm in d 2nd yr of b.com.. my exams r due in may,2012.... i'm also doing cs executive.. will b giving my cs executive exams in june,2012.. wanna join ca.. BUT there's this rumour that maybe gratuates will get exemption 4 cpt soon....

so, should i wait till d final announcement or should i give d cpt exam.... i don't know if i'll b able to manage cpt, cs inter & 2nd yr exams simultaneously!!  if u think i shouldn't wait 4 d declaration then when should i give cpt.. in june or in december? i don't know abt d difficulty level of cpt exam.. that's y... u guys have gone through it.. so i guess u'll b able to suggest..

i'll b glad if i get some nice advice.. THANX

Its not a rumour its a notification.But you should not wait for 1 year instead you shd give cpt this time in june so as u clear ur b.com u r in ipcc instead of cpt

wow! ur last point sounds really good.... i would like to know if it is practically possible to cover d syllabus in d given time along wid cs & b.com exams.... i'm not aware abt d difficulty level of cpt....

I shall tell you my example-I scored 78%in 10th CBSE and 67%in 12th CBSE.I cleared CPT in first attempt being...A PCM STUDENT IN JUST TWO MONTHS...so you can analyse.Secondly, CPT is a little harder than CS foundation but passing CPT is not really a very DIFFICULT task.

If you are from commerce background,3 hours of disciplined self study for two months will help you to clear.
