Registration under Shops & Establishment Act.
Registration under Bio-medical waste, under state Pollution control board.
Registration under ESI & PF, whenever applicable.
Registration under GST, provided total supply exceed 20 lakhs, including any taxable supply like medicines.
Registration under The Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) ACT, whenever applicable.
For selling medicines, a drug license from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization and State Drugs Standard Control Organization.
