Need help in gst for hosting company

Hey!

I am running a Private Limited Web Hosting company but as we are new we hardly have sales however Purcharges are huge from out of India for The Servers and Licenses cost. People from VakilSearch asked me to register as GST even am not reaching the threhold of Rs2000000 PA turnover.

They said that as our transactions are not limited to India you have to register as GST Payer, now we are struggling with to make some revenue and they asking me to pay Rs15000/year to file GST

I need help to run my business smoothly until we are not making good money at least, GST increased the pricing for Web Hosting and Domains and now its hard to sell products such low cost comparing companies from other countries

As are already registered and now they people asking for late fee and all before they proceed with surrender so is there any option to ask for waiver on the late fee because I didn't submitted GST for previous month (There was no sale) And if we are not registered under GST then can we sell services without charging GST from our customers ? And what kind of things we have to take in record to avoid further issues as Pvt Ltd firm

there is no online solution for for waiver of late fees you can file offline request to judictional officer for waiver if he is satisfied than he can do this otherwise you paid all late fees and cancel your registration
