Dear,

 ipo,spo,esops,right issue,sweat equity have different norms and procedures involved as they are issue to different class of share holders..

i.e esop to employees

sweet to make org. pepl hold some rights in co. 

rights of same class of sh... etc

So u need to read the chapted "Prospectus" and "issue of share & deb."  frm co. act...coz any brief info. by any 1 wud not build a through understanding of the concepts..

Mr.munish bhandari's  books wud be a better option to go with...
