PLZ. SIR CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF FORM16A HAS BEEN LOST , WHAT CAN BE ITS CONSEQUENCES ?AND IS THERE ANY REMEDY TO GET DUPLICATE FORM ISSUED. CAN WE FILL UP THE RETURN USING THE STATEMENT 26AS DETAILS AND NOT GOING FOR FORM 16A.

you can get all the details from 26as form. and also can file from from that
If 26AS is showing proper credit of TDS amount then it is not required. but in future at the time of scrutiny might be your A.O. will demand the same. So advisable you to collect duplicate copy of form 16A from the party.
