i am applied FORM 1 A but they r asking for resubmission, reason is name does not matching with objectives. my proposed name is "PREEMINENT SOFT PRIVATE LTD" Main Objective is to do bpo and kpo services. pls suggest appropriate objectives for getting above proposed name without changing my proposed name (name selected as per numerology)

Dear Haribabu

In today cinerio the first name should be "noun" thereafter "activity".Yes if u see name it indicate like u wanted to commnece software related business.

My dear for company objective, it will be decided by you and your management , ok. i can only sugges that u change ur company name first and accordingly should be your objective.

Hello dear,

Just to inform you, you cannot get "PREEMINENT SOFT PRIVATE LTD"as a name for u r proposed company coz of 2 reasons.

1.the objective of the co. should be reflected in the name and thus a name'SOFT' fo the bussiness of Outsourcing in a biit inappropriate.

2. As CS. Mr. Mishra pointed out the name should have a noun as the first word of the name.

SUGGESTIONS:

1. apply for '"PREEMINENT OUTSOURCING PRIVATE LTD" OR "PREEMINENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT PRIVATE LTD"

2. moreover u can apply for a change in the 'object clause' and get the same changed to software and related stuff and include BPO & KPO services in the incidental or subordinate main clause, so as to have the name and also the business in line.

3. hope that the ROC makes an exception to allow the name as it doesn't have a noun at the beginning very much like, Reliance, Hypercity etc.
