Due date of efiling of MVAT e-return for April 2016 is extended upto 10th June 2016.No late fee will be applicable if tax paid by assessee before 21st May 2016 is this news correct if yes then can anyone provide me this message trade circular or notification .

YET NO SUCH CIRCULAR
if no circular yet came then can we file Mvat return on 21st May or 10th June
Go to sales tax site they has mantioned that " Late fee for the return period April 2016 will not be attracted, if tax payment for said period is made on or before 21.05.2016 and return for the said period is filed on or before 10.06.2016". So due date is stand extended without circular. Also you cannot file April Month return now because they has also mantioned this in site "The facility to upload e-return for the month of April 2016 will be made available shortly".
